CANCELLATIONS

To provide customers with a quicker shipping duration, all orders are handled by our professional logistics warehouse that operates 24/7. Orders placed will be picked and packed within 24 hours and sometimes even immediately. 

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible (within 24 hours). We will try to accommodate your request as long as no shipping arrangements have been assigned to your order. If a shipping arrangement has already been assigned to your order, we will not be able to cancel your order anymore. Please read on to find out how you may proceed with a return process after you have received your order. 

RETURNS

QIUI.STORE is committed to providing our customers with quality products and a transparent shopping experience. We provide clear information on our website about every product to assist our customers in making a decision. However, we understand that buyers may have a change of mind after purchases, and we offer an option to return an order to a limited extent.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase from our website. To start a return, you can contact us at QIUI.STORE@GMAIL.COM. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package to you. We have return addresses in the USA, China, and Singapore. You must choose one country to ship the return order. All shipping costs and arrangements will be on the customer's account, and we do not provide return shipping labels.

Please get in touch with us before returning an order to us. We will not accept a return without prior communication.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch with us within 14 days upon receipt.


REFUNDS

Please note that:
  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. After receiving your returned product, our team will inspect the product's condition and issue a refund back to your payment method within 7-15 business days. The actual (full) costs of shipping will be deducted from the purchase amount.

  3. The customer will be responsible for arranging a trackable shipping service that includes insurance, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages in the return process.
Once the returned item is received in good condition without damages, your refund will be approved. You may choose to be refunded to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. For refunds to a credit or debit card, please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process it before the amount reinstates back in your card's statement.
